Design Team


Purpose of the Performance Management Design Team:
  • To modify the current performance appraisal system to measure performance based on the business-related outcomes of the state.
  • Establish a method of creating meaningful and measurable employee goals and standards.
  • Establish a method to measure performance levels across the organization.
Role of the Performance Management Design Team:
  • The Design Team will be responsible for the design of the new performance management process.
  • The Team will meet twice a week over the course of 6 weeks or longer.
Members may include:
  • Agency HR Professionals
  • Managers/Supervisors
  • A&I HRD
  • Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) from different roles and levels of responsibility
