Performance Recognition Team

Purpose of the Performance Recognition Team: 
  • Develop methods and strategies to link the modified performance appraisal system to monetary and non-monetary rewards.
  • Identify pay strategies which support the direction and intent of the Governor and Legislature.
  • Develop methods which support the Compensation Philosophy and Performance 
  • Management Philosophy of the State of Wyoming.
  • Review best practices of employee recognition to employee performance.
