Training Team

Purpose of the Performance Management Training Team: 
  • Develop a process to train all supervisors on the modified performance appraisal system.
  • To develop supervisor performance appraisal instructional tools, such as:
    • Training manuals
    • Training Videos
    • Train-the-trainer scripts and materials
  • Develop instructional information for employees.
  • Role of the Performance management Training team
  • Meet on an as-required basis (likely to start by mid-July) over the course of the project.
  • To plan to provide training to an Agency HR Committee meeting to keep them involved as well as on the project website.
  • To provide training materials ready for launch in September and with a phased roll out.
